The Problem with Uncertified NDAs
You sign an NDA with a client or supplier. Months later, they violate the agreement. You go to claim, and... how do you prove that the NDA existed on that date?
Without certain date, the infringer can argue:
- "That document was created later."
- "The date was manipulated."
- "That is not the version we signed."
And you have no technical proof to the contrary.
The Solution: Blockchain Certification
By certifying your NDA on the blockchain:
- A SHA-256 hash of the document is calculated.
- The hash is recorded on the Kaspa blockchain with a timestamp.
- You receive a PDF certificate with the transaction ID.
If there is a dispute, the certificate proves that this exact document existed on that date.
How to Do It (3 Steps)
- Prepare the signed NDA in PDF (include signatures from both parties).
- Upload it to Notario Digital: The hash is calculated in your browser (the file is not sent).
- Download the certificate and keep it with the original NDA.
⏱️ Total time: less than 1 minute.
What Happens if There is a Dispute?
If the other party violates the NDA:
- Present the original NDA.
- Present the blockchain certificate.
- Anyone can verify the hash on the public Kaspa blockchain.
This technically demonstrates that the document was not altered and existed on the indicated date.
Is It Valid in Court?
Yes. Courts accept electronic evidence under regulations such as eIDAS (EU) and ESIGN (USA). The blockchain certificate is admissible technical evidence.
