Questions before you buy
What is a certification?
We compute your document’s SHA-256 fingerprint in your browser, seal it on the Kaspa network and give you a PDF certificate with the transaction. It proves that this exact document existed on that date. The content is never uploaded.
Can I verify a certificate without paying?
Yes, always and for anyone. Public verification is free and unlimited on every plan, including the free one, and needs no account. You can also check it yourself against the Kaspa network without going through us.
What does “unlimited, fair use” mean?
That you don’t count. Certify whatever your work needs. To prevent automated use, the Professional plan allows up to 500 certifications a month; if you regularly need more, the API plan is for you and we will help you move.
Do you issue invoices with VAT?
Yes. At checkout you can enter your tax ID or EU VAT number; an invoice is generated with every charge and emailed to you. Prices on this page exclude VAT; the rate for your country is added at checkout.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, from your panel, in one click and without calling anyone. The subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. No lock-in, no penalty.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel?
They remain verifiable forever. The proof lives in the PDF you already have and in the Kaspa transaction, not in your subscription: anyone can check it even if you close your account or if Proovik disappeared. When you cancel you return to the free plan and keep access to your history.
